Always clean apartments

For short-term rentals, cleaning is carried out after 3 days of stay, for long-term rentals — once a week. Cleaning is carried out during the period from 9:00 to 19:00.

Accommodation with animals

IN2IT supports the pet-friendly concept, accepting guests with pets. Before visiting, don't forget to bring dishes for your pet, a towel for drying, diapers or a tray.

Please hang up a “Do Not Disturb” sign. on the room door handle if the pet is left without your supervision and we ask you to clean up after the pets after they have been walked.

To bring a pet, be sure to indicate in the booking comments what kind of animal you have, its weight and breed.

Taxi and transfer

We recommend using the transfer service to meet at the train station or airport, which will allow you to comfortably get to the IN2IT apart-hotel. You will be greeted with a sign in the airport arrivals hall or on the platform where the train arrives. Travel time from the airport to the apart-hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes, from Moskovsky Station 30-40 minutes, depending on the traffic situation.

To order a transfer, please provide us with the details of your arrival (arrival date and time, airport/station name, flight number) and pay for the transfer.

Decorating an apartment with balloons

We will help you choose a composition and decorate your room before an important event for you.

The service can be ordered one day in advance with full prepayment.

Order flowers

We will help you choose a bouquet and discuss all the details: if necessary, we will hide the flowers in your room in advance.

Parking

Guests of the IN2IT apart-hotel can take advantage of a convenient and spacious underground parking, which is heated and guarded 24 hours a day.

Order excursions

Contact the reception one day before the date you want to go on the excursion. We will discuss all the details and select a suitable offer for you.

Early check-in/late check-out

For an additional fee, you can check into your room before 14:00 and check out later than 12:00.

Luggage office

Luggage storage is located on the first floor of the hotel, the maximum storage period is — 24 hours. In order to leave things for storage, please contact the reception.

Laundry and dry cleaning services

You can put your items in a daily wash or send them to a delicate dry cleaner.
